Our Physical Therapists
Marion Gilbert, R.P.T.
Marion has been practicing Physical Therapy for more than 33 years. She received her degree from Arnhemse Opleiding voor Fysiotherapy in her home country of Holland in 1978. She is the owner of Spring Hill Physical Therapy and Stillpoint Studios. Her primary focus is on manual therapy techniques. She has specific training in acupressure, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and trauma resolution therapy. Marion is also a certified Enneagram teacher within the Palmer/Daniels Narrative Tradition since 2005 and has developed the "Embodied Enneagram" program. She is currently teaching nationally with Helen Palmer and Terry Saracino.
Kimberly Blue Falvey, P.T.
Kim graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan in 1988. She has worked in outpatient neurology, orthopedics and industrial rehabilitation. She joined the staff of Spring Hill Physical Therapy in 1998. She has interests in manual therapy techniques, spine treatment, exercise and fitness, ergonomics and work site evaluation, and lower extremity biomechanics.
She has taken a variety of continuing education classes including, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy. Kim has completed her rehabilitation certification in the Pilates Method with polestar. She enjoys physical therapy and finds joy in working with her patients. When not at work, she enjoys cycling, snowboarding, skiing and water sports with her family.
Katie Neeb, D.P.T.
Katie graduated from Chico State University with a BS in Exercise Physiology. She then went on to attend Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon, where she received her doctorate in Physical Therapy. Katie is a certified Pilates instructor through Polestar and enjoys working with patients to improve functional movement so that they do not experience pain while enjoying their recreational activities. Katie grew up in Nevada City, CA and when not working, she enjoys hiking, camping, playing soccer and spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, Roxy.
Kelley Lear, P.T.A.
Kelley earned her P.T.A. license in 1988 after attending the DeAnza College P.T.A. program. She has worked in: head injury, sports medicine, worker’s compensation, skilled nursing, and orthopedics. She particularly likes to work on core stabilization with “back” patients and has taught ‘Back School’.
Due to this focus, in 2009 she attended the Body Arts and Science (BASI) Pilates comprehensive instructor course and completed her final testout in 2011. She has completed continuing education in myfacial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, cranial sacral therapy, core stabilization, universal weight lifting, and joint mobilization. Kelley is active in the Search and Rescue community where she has been certified as a rescue ropes technician and mission ready K-9 handler since 2000.
Daniela Soulux Pruzan, D.P.T.
Daniela Soulux has been practicing in the healing arts since 2008, taking a wholehearted and holistic approach to health and healing. She worked as a physical therapy aide for 3 years in South Lake Tahoe before receiving a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Emory University School of Medicine in 2014. Her emphasis is in manual therapy and spine rehabilitation. She is familiar with MET, PNF, soft tissue, joint, and spine mobilization with a gentle touch. She is currently pursuing continuing education in integrative trauma resolution.
Narayan Jorgensen, D.P.T.
Narayan earned a BS at Sonoma State University and his MPT at CSU, Long Beach. Narayan is currently completing an Orthopedic Residency through Evidence in Motion Institute to sit for his Orthopedic Clinical Specialists (OCS) certification, a credential held by less than 5% of physical therapists nationwide. Narayan is a movement specialist who treats orthopedic conditions of the spine and extremities with manual therapy, exercise and education. Narayan believes that movement is essential for happy, healthy living and restoring this system is of the highest priority for mental and physical wellbeing.
Charmaine Rhine, M.P.T., Biofeedback
Charmaine Rhine received her master’s degree in physical therapy from Loma Linda University in 1999. She has clinical experience in physical therapy wound care, impatient, critical care, sub-acute care and orthopedic physical therapy. Since 2006, she has specialized in Biofeedback therapy for the treatment of dysautonomia, IBS, Raynaud’s Syndrome, high blood pressure, chronic pain, injuries, anxiety/stress and headaches. Charmaine has recently completed extensive training in pelvic floor rehabilitation in which she has received three CAPA certificates from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Charmaine is a certified Wellness Coach and she offers private coaching sessions for helping people who want to make positive lifestyle changes. She is also the program administrator and wellness coach for a preventative medicine program through Health Dynamics, which serves labor organizations in the Grass Valley and Yuba City areas.
Christine Eschen, P.T.A.
Christine has had a lifelong passion for fitness and health with many years of experience as a certified fitness instructor and a certified massage therapist. In 2008, Christine graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Sacramento City College with an Associate Degree in science. Her multidisciplinary experience in both acute care and outpatient clinic setting has broadened her experience with many types of patients including orthopedic, chronic pain, geriatric, as well as patients with neurological disorders. Christine has completed continuing education courses in many areas, including: myofascial release, craniosacral, balance and fall prevention, kinesiotaping . Her most recent passion is Pilates, and she is currently working on becoming a certified rehabilitation Pilates practitioner. Her focus on the patient is concern for them as a whole healthy being including mind, body and spirit!
